They accepted the deal this morning! Wow... it feels very surreal right now. They still have the home inspection and lawyers "approval" before it's official, but as of right now, we've just sold our home!

Congratulations! How awesome that it's a done deal so soon! Guess you have butterflies at this point, thinking "We got what we wanted. Hope it's what we wanted!". LOL. Everyone is bound to feel that at first. Just think about all that potential in the new place, and the awesome neighbourhood. Exciting!
